Roads and utility networks of the East Capital Park Rae logistics park designed by KLM Project have been built

In the autumn of 2023, East Capital Real Estate completed the construction of the roads and utility networks of East Capital Park Rae, a large new logistics and technology park of nearly 14 000 square metres to be built in Rae municipality. The logistics park is located at the junction of the Tallinn ring road and Tartu highway. It is adjacent to the IKEA centre and the recently opened Kurna Park.

The roads and utilities were designed by KLM Projekt OÜ.

The completion of the roads and utility networks was celebrated with an opening ceremony at the logistics and technology park. The opening party included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, food and drink and a presentation of the new United Motors Maxus models. A photo gallery of the event and more information on future plans, including initial 3D visuals, can be seen HERE.

A video of the event and a bird’s eye view of the entire park can be seen HERE.

2 main roads were built to the Logistics and Technology Park – the Põllukivi road and the Pähklimäe road. There is also a truck turning area, bus stops, light traffic routes and utility networks. In total, about 1.8 km of roads and footpaths, about 1.5 km of deep ditches and 73 lighting posts were installed.

The engineering works for the roads and utilities in East Capital Park Rae were carried out by KLM Projekt in 2022.
