Nisu street in Tallinn designed by KLM Projekt OÜ has been built  

On 24th of July, 2019 the Estonian news portal Delfi wrote, that the reconstruction works of Nisu street in Tallinn have begun. For now Nisu str is thoroughly reconstructed in between Ristiku and Sõle streets.

Following the detailed design project of KLM Projekt OÜ Nisu street got a 6 m wide road, sidewalks on both sides of the road, new parking spaces and a reconstructed park area. In addition to the road reconstruction works a new lighting system and a stormwater drainage was be built on Nisu street. The new lighting system consists of more environmental friendly LED lamps. Also the existing water supply and wastewater systems was reconstructed.

The construction works were be done by Viamer Group OÜ. The cost of works was ca 1 090 000 euros. The reconstruction of Nisu street was ready by the end of October 2019.

The road design project for the reconstruction of Nisu street was completed by KLM Projekt at the beginning of 2019. The client was Tallinn City Municipal Engineering Services Departement.
